I can't stand gyms full stop.  I don't see the point of exercising for exercising's sake as I get so unbelievably bored.  For me, exercising has to be a by-product of something enjoyable like swimming in the ocean, biking or simply going on a walk.  I would always rather be outside and in nature is where I feel the most comfortable and happiest.

In my quest to shed a few pounds and to maintain my sanity, Kyle and I have been trying to find new places to explore.  I feel so incredibly blessed that a 15 minute drive from my house is this.  My new addiction.  I love this walk so much and I doubt I really have to explain why.
